All our Balsamics begin in Modena, Italy, the home of the world’s finest balsamic vinegars. The must of local grapes (freshly crushed grape juice with all the skins, seeds and stems) is boiled down to concentrate flavor and aged in wooden barrels. These aged vinegars come to the United States where they meet our flavor crafters who painstakingly select the very best fruits and herbs, juices and extracts, and mix them into the Balsamics.
