Description

The addition of ripe pureed Mission Fig to 18-year-old Traditional Dark Balsamic is sweet, sour, and jammy with notes of red fruit, ripe fig, and a hint of plums. The gentle pop of seeds and pieces of fig are a delightful surprise.

Uses

Our Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar is divine when paired with our Basil Olive Oil and used on a Caprese Salad. It is great on any fruit or green salad or drizzled over ice cream. Try it on top of soft cheeses as an appetizer. Imported from Modena, Italy and aged using the traditional Solera Aging Method, our Fig Balsamic is thick and delicious.
