Raspberry Olive Oil & Champagne Balsamic Vinegar

This combo features one of our newest infused olive oils. Introducing Raspberry Olive Oil. I am really enjoying this fruity olive oil on my salads and desserts. It’s great over a bowl of vanilla or chocolate ice cream, as well as in pancakes, crepes, and loads of baked goods. The recipe I made is SO good. I really hope you try it out!

I’ve paired it with our tangy classic Champagne Balsamic Vinegar. Together, they make an amazing, easy vinaigrette that works great with fresh fruit salads, and salads with feta cheese, watermelon, and arugula.


Raspberry Olive Oil Cake

This cake is so moist and delicious and EASY! It mixes in one bowl and is in the oven in less than 10 minutes. An easy bring along dish to a potluck or party. It is also very versatile. You can swap out the fruit and the flavored olive oil for a different flavor profile. Think Meyer Lemon olive oil and blueberries! Or Blood Orange Olive Oil and Cherries!😊
