Bruschetta Seasoning

Toss over homemade pizza and bake. Mix with spaghetti. Roll a log of goat cheese in this blend and drizzle with olive oil and a balsamic reduction for a beautiful appetizer or mix with tapenade for dip. Fold into cream cheese for a savory spread for bagels and wraps. Add to rice. For bruschetta, steep 1-2 tablespoons of bruschetta seasoning in ¼ cup of olive oil for 10-15 minutes and then mix with fresh vegetables or herbs and top your bread.

Hand-blended with tomato flakes, onion, chives, garlic, basil, celery seed, salt, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, paprika, black pepper, ginger, thyme, yellow mustard and cloves.
