Gold & Green Power Salad
Do salads leave you wondering what else is for dinner? Say no more! This powerhouse of a dish will leave your tummy satisfied and your body singing. Bonus: it's easy on the eyes too!
As always this recipe features one of our curated pairing selections:
This recipe serves 2 full size salads or 4 small side salads
1 bunch spinach or .25lbs
1/4 c raw walnut pieces
1 blood orange peeled and sliced into bite sized pieces
5 kumquats thinly sliced with seeds removed
1/8c goat cheese broken into small crumbles
5 basil leaves sliced into ribbons
1 golden beet steamed and sliced thinly into half moons
1 tbsp Basil Infuse Olive Oil
Coarse black pepper & sea salt for finishing
To Prepare
wash and cut ends off of spinach
place all ingredients in a bowl except salt and pepper and gently toss
finish or let eaters salt and pepper their own portion
