Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

In a shaker filled with ice, pour...

2 oz gin
½ tsp. Meyer lemon Olive Oil
1 ½ tsp Black cherry Balsamic Vinegar
juice of ½ lemon

Shake vigorously and pour into chilled stem glass

Top with 4 oz tonic water
Garnish with a lemon slice
