This herb blend brings out the flavors of Provence, France. This Southeastern region bordered by the Mediterranean, the Alps and vast farmlands is known for its olive groves, pine forests and lavender fields and this blend brings those flavors to your kitchen.

Herbs de Provence is especially wonderful when added to grilled chicken or fish. It is also spectacular when used with cheese, tomatoes, soups, and stews.
