Frantoio 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Medium Intensity-2025 Harvest
Grown in our backyard here in the beautiful Sierra Foothills, this hand harvested extra virgin olive oil is full flavored, smooth, and offers a grassy, very olive fruit flavor with a hint of artichoke. It ends with a peppery finish full of polyphenols (the good stuff). It has an excellent balance of fruitiness, bitterness and pungency.

Frantoio is a classic Tuscan variety that is highly prized for its rich fragrant and spicy tasting oil. A compact narrow habit makes the Frantoio a popular selection for commercial high-density planting. Not as tolerant to the extreme heats as Spanish varieties this Italian selection is more adapted to the more moderate climates even doing well in the Pacific Northwest.
