This blend is firmly grounded by the deep, musky presence of turmeric and aromatic garlic’s pungency. Mediterranean herbs like summer savory and gently peppery marjoram bring herbaceous lilt to this blend, prodded upward by parsley and kept steady by sage. The backbone of the mix is black pepper and food’s favorite cheerleader, salt.
Besides the all around base for stuffing seasoning, it's excellent on root vegetables and squash as well as making amazing soup broth.
Hand-blended with sea salt, garlic, celery, turmeric, parsley, black pepper, summer savory, thyme, sage and marjoram.
