We use a blend of local heirloom apples from Nevada County, ensuring a complex flavor profile that modern varieties simply can't match.
Crafted by Sun & Cellar Cannery in Colfax, this spread is infused with warm kitchen spices—cinnamon, cloves, and a hint of nutmeg—resulting in a velvet-smooth texture that tastes like a crisp morning in the orchard.
