Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
4 tbsp Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar
½ tsp Thai Basil Olive Oil
Fresh mint, torn just before putting in the glass
½ slice of Fresh Lime
Bubbly Water ~ I used Topo Chico Lime Mint. It is also lovely with Cran Razzberry!

Preparation
Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice. Add the torn mint leaves and squeeze in the lime juice. Pour in the Lemongrass Mint Balsamic and the Thai Basil Olive Oil. Fill with the bubbly water and mix well to combine the olive oil. Enjoy! (Don't be afraid of the olive oil in this drink. It really adds a level of flavor and adds a luxurious mouth feel!)
