This is our most traditional and familiar hot sauce. Made using fully ripe red jalapeños, fresh garlic, and apple cider vinegar, this jalapeno hot sauce is simple, full of flavor and delicious with everything. Only fresh produce grown on small sustainably run farms in the Sierra Nevada Foothills are used for this hot sauce.
The peppers come from small, sustainably run farms in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. They grow through the hot Sierra summer and are picked in the fall once they're fully ripe. Sun & Cellar makes each batch by hand at its cannery in Colfax, California.
