Wafer-thin summer truffle slices in extra virgin olive oil. They are ideal on toasts, as an accompaniment to an assortment of cheeses, with pasta or risotto, or on a salad of tender lettuces and boiled egg.

Plantin is ideally located in the heart of Provence, France, the heart of the truffle world. Plantin was founded in 1930 by Marcel Plantin and passed down to the Poron family in 1986.
