Naples Seasoning was developed after a deep dive into research on Italian cuisine from southern Italy, which relies on local vegetables like artichokes, eggplants, chile peppers, garlic, herbs, olives, and tomatoes. We wanted a blend that would embrace the abundant produce of the Mediterranean.
