Grown in our backyard here in the beautiful Sierra Foothills, this hand harvested extra virgin olive oil is full flavored, smooth, and offers a grassy, very olive fruit flavor with a hint of artichoke. It ends with a peppery finish full of polyphenols (the good stuff). It has an excellent balance of fruitiness, bitterness and pungency.


Delicious over your foods, meats, vegetables, salads, rice, potatoes, you name it. And who can say "no" to dipping your bread into a great olive oil? This one is a winner. We love it as a finishing oil.

About the ranch

Barbara and Don were eager to find something to do upon retirement. They landed on purchasing a 400 + olive tree farm in beautiful Newcastle, CA.  The trees are 15 years old, and with their loving care, have begun producing amazing organic extra virgin olive oil. We love having this new local producer just down the hill from us...less than 25 miles!
