Thai Seasoned Peanut Sauce

Classic peanut sauce has many uses. Some ideas include, tossing with rice noodles and vegetables, served alongside cold spring rolls, thinned out with extra tamari for drizzling on dumplings, or roll with tofu into lettuce wraps. Whatever sounds good to you!

Thai Basil Olive Oil
Sriracha Lime Balsamic Vinegar
Thai Spice Seasoning



1 shallot, fine dice

¼ cup tamari (soy sauce)

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup hoisin sauce

¼ cup Mae Ploy (sweet chili sauce)

juice and zest of 1 lime

1 Tbsp Thai Spice Seasoning

1 Tbsp Sriracha Lime Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tbsp Thai Basil Olive Oil

1 cup peanut butter

½ cup coconut milk

¼ cup warm water

2 Tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped



Mix all ingredients together using a sturdy whisk.  Feel free to adjust spiciness level to your liking and add grated ginger or lemongrass for an added depth of flavor
