Smoky Sweet Artichokes
This is a delicious way to eat one of the most coveted veggies- ARTICHOKES!
Featuring one of our curated pairing selections:
You will need:
-One artichoke halved lengthwise 
-Hickory Smoked Oil
-Chili Lime Sea Salt
-Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
To prepare:
In a medium-large sauce pan add water to your stock pot, 1 tbsp hickory smoked oil, 1/4 tsp chili lime sea salt, artichoke halves,  bring to a boil
and cook 20-35 minutes depending on the size. Leaf should remove easily when finished cooking, drain and dress with 1:1 combo of Apricot Balsamic Vinegar and Smoked Oil, finish with a pinch of Chili Lime Sea Salt.
