Cranberry Sauce with Citrus and Champagne

Fresh cranberries, orange, lemon and champagne and you've got a wonderful side dish for a Holiday or everyday meal. Once you've finished the recipe adjust any of the flavors to you and your family's or guest's tastes.


1 Package of cranberrries
½ cup Orange juice
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Champagne Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Meyer Lemon Olive Oil


Rinse cranberries removing any overripe berries. Put wet cranberries in the saucepan with orange juice on low heat. As berries get soft, mash some of them as you add the orange juice. Add all the other ingredients as the berries cook down. Stop cooking when you reach the consistency you want for your sauce.
