Comfort Infused Whipped Cream

This delicious pillowy substance will leave eaters asking for more! Layered with warming notes of vanilla and cardamon, infused with our Vanilla Olive Oil. This delightful treat is scrumptious atop our Autumn Spice French Toast Recipe pictured:

What you will need:

1. 1.5 c Heavy Whipping Cream
2. 1.5 tbs Vanilla Infused Olive Oil
3. .5 tsp ground cardamon powder

In a large mixing bowl combine ingredients

Whip with a metal whisk by hand until stiff peaks start to form. Careful not to over whip, which will create a grainy texture. This is why hand whipping is preferred, an electric mixer can be used if desired.
