From Corning, Ca in the Sacramento Valley, it is unfiltered and FULL of flavor.
This delicious extra virgin olive oil was hand harvested and pressed November 10th, 2024. It is cloudy and golden in color, with bright fruit flavors, finishes with a complex herbaceousness, and a peppery kick from the extremely high polyphenols. Truly like no other olive oil you'll ever taste, it's the freshest EVOO you can get! The fragrance leaps from the bottle and expands over your warm food.
Uses
As I always do, I suggest grabbing a spoon and having a taste right away to experience the vast difference in fresh flavor. It is also the most alive and full of health properties it will ever be. I hope you enjoy it!
We love this oil as a finishing oil on everything. Skip the butter and use the Olio Nuovo on baked potatoes with chives and parsley. Drizzle over your favorite steamed veggies. Top your Winter stews and soups with a healthy pour. Pour it over your popcorn with your favorite herbs. Try it on gelato or ice cream with a pinch of sea salt. Fresh cheeses, ricotta, burrata, mozzarella, and cottage cheese notch up with a drizzle of this liquid gold.
