Our spiciest honey of the collection, this clover honey infused with chile de arbol peppers brings the heat. With a heat level similar to cayenne, the de arbol chile pepper infuses the honey, not just with spice, but complex pepper flavor as well. Use it on grilled ribs or shrimp or try it in a bold margarita.

Chile de Arbol delivers the spice about equal to a cayenne pepper with an earthy pepper flavor. Very hot, a hint of smoke, and a delicate sweetness from the clover honey.

We source high quality whole dried chile de arbol peppers to infuse into a base of our clover honey from our beekeeping partners in the high plains region of Montana and South Dakota.
