Uses
Our versatile All American Dry Rub is an all purpose spice rub that is perfect on steak, chicken, fish, pork, corn on the cob or ribs. It can be used in soups, stews, chili, gravies, sauces, brisket, and sausage. As a dry rub we like to use 1 tbsp per pound of meat – beef, chicken, fish or pork. As a wet rub combine 1 tbsp seasoning to ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil.

Hand blended with sea salt, ancho, guajillo, onion, paprika, garlic, cumin, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, yellow mustard and lemon.
