Looking for a healthy stand in for the usual boozy beverage? Look no further! The healing benefits of hibiscus swirl with Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, Rosé Balsamic Vinegar and the subtle sweetness of our Runamok Makrut Lime-Leaf Maple Syrup
makes 4 short "mocktails"
1.5 c tea concentrate (brew ahead or at the time of making, just be sure to allow for cooling- about 10 min)
-divide evenly among the glasses or mix all at once in a cocktail shaker
FOR A SINGLE MOCKTAIL ADD
.5oz Runamok Makrut Lime-Leaf Maple Syrup or to taste
1tsp fresh lemon juice or .5 oz Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
Top with soda water
Shake with ice or swirl in a glass
FOR 4 MOCKTAILS AT A TIME IN A SHAKER OR PITCHER ADD
2oz
Runamok Makrut Lime-Leaf Maple Syrup or to taste
Juice from half a lemon or 2oz of Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
Top with soda water
shake or stir over ice, enjoy!
garnish with a swizzle stick
stirring the beverage as you drink it is nice to keep the oil incorporated
