Herbs de Provence and Champagne Vinaigrette and Creamy Herb Sauce for Crudité
This is a fun way to serve and eat a healthy plate of vegetables. Add anything you like including meats, cheeses, or fruits as well as plenty of raw and/or lightly steamed vegetables.
For the Vinaigrette, combine
1/3 cup Champagne Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence Seasoning
½ tsp Dijon mustard
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp. Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Then whisk in 1 cup Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
For the Creamy Herb Dip, combine
1 cup plain Greek yogurt½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chopped dill
½ tsp chopped thyme
½ tsp chopped parsley
¼ cup Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Champagne Balsamic Vinegar
¼ tsp Garlic Himalayan Salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1-2 dashes hot sauce or sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional)
