Olio Nuovo has arrived! Harvested and crushed the same day, this unfiltered oil is bottled as soon as it gets pressed making it the FRESHEST Olive Oil available. The color is emerald green and it smells of fresh herbs with aromas of green almonds, tomato leaves, and bay leaf. The taste is layered with fresh, bright flavors and bold pungency. It is herbaceous with a pleasant bitterness and a peppery/spicy finish. 


We love this oil as a finishing oil on everything. Skip the butter and use the Olio Nuovo on baked potatoes with chives and parsley. Drizzle over your favorite steamed veggies. Top your Winter stews and soups with a healthy pour. Pour it over your popcorn with your favorite herbs. Try it on gelato or ice cream with a pinch of sea salt.
