This medium fruity extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted from 100% Peranzana olives harvested in central Puglia. Its aroma is fruit-forward, complex and light with hints of ripe tomato and olive, complemented by hints of herbs and dried fruit. Its taste is well-balanced with flavors of garden vegetables, tomato and almond. With a light green color and medium fruity flavor, this oil is perfect for dressing light dishes such as fish, salads, and sauces.
