Vine-Ripened Marionberries and Black Currants are pureed into this wonderful dark-aged balsamic vinegar. Black currant is one of the earthiest berries with a strong tartness in its finish. We combine that with the rich Marionberries to create the perfect combination of dark berries.

Uses
